Advanced Audio/Video Production
Lesson 1.12

Overview & Objectives:

We will..... learn and apply the video produduction processes of pre-production, production, and post-production.

Behavior:

We will... actively participate, listen, follow studio rules, and stay on task. Cel phones will be put away or can be charging at the charging station.

Lecture:

Return signed Student Driving Release, Equipment Usage Form, & Parent Contact Slips. Return $30 Class fees. Overdue
Return signed State Fair Field Trip permission forms.
EQUIPMENT - Most equipment is checked out. Please be sure to return checked out equipment as soon as possible so other students in this class can use them.
Finish the Football Stadium Hype Videos Assignment, view examples, getting into the stadium with press pass, game filming etiquette, communication with Teams/Coaches. DUE TODAY L1.12 (unless given permission for extension)
- Pre-Production/Production Check List - Provide Mr. C with evidence that you have a done work on this project
  - Turn in Pre-production Shot list
  - Show video files from filming
  - Show emails/communication with your AVP team and/or Coaches/FB Players
Adobe After Effects - Complete Assignments
LAB Time:
- Finish the AE Face Warp Assignment - you will learn how to add face warp using reverse motion tracking, and Warp face using liquify & texture skin with shadows in Adobe After Effects.
Studio orientation and equipment lecture. - turn on the Tricaster, go in the studio and see how everything works. Discuss roles and future projects in the studio. Go over audio settings on wireless devices. Discuss the Teleprompter and show how it works.

After Affects Virtual 3D- Photo Assignment - follow the directions on the assignment page and video. Create your own virtual 3D photo effect with one of your own photos.

Update 1ST SIX WEEKS PRODUCTION/WORK ETHICS SCHEDULE - must keep a daily log of activities in this class. This counts towards your participation grade.

Individual Learning:

Login to GMetrix. From the “Start a Test” screen, type your access code provide on your sheet into the “Enter a New Access code” field and click next. Choose Training, Premiere Practice test 1. Practice the Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 Certification questions.

Past DUE:

GarageBand 20 Things Learned (GB Assignment 1)- Type useful notes of things you learned in the tutorials. Must use complete sentences. Upload and turn in to Google Classroom.
GarageBand Loops (GB Assignment 2) - Create a muti-track mix using GB loops and digital instruments.
GaragBand Vocals (GB Assignment 3) - Create a conversation using the vocal transformer.
Video Scavenger Hunt - download the instructions/Rubric and complete the video scavenger hunt by filming various shot types. Start editing your various shot types.
