To give students the opportunity to try different camera techniques that we have discussed in class. They will learn the importance of the rule of thirds, camera settings, and how lighting effects all their shots. They will demonstrate they understand the following camera terms: pan, tilt, truck, and dolly.
Students will also experience editing on the computer for the first time this year, and review how to superimpose titles over the top of their videos.

This is partner Assignment, 2 to 3 student producers will recieve credit for shoting the footabe on this assignment. Each partner will edit the footage shot by the team individually for an additional grade.

Directions:
Partner with someone you don't know. Get all the shots in any order. Make sure everyone in your group shoots at least one of the shots listed below. (Initial the shot you filmed) EVERYONE will get the footage and edit there own version of the Video Scavenger hunt. Grades are based on quality of camera shots, completion of the list, individually edited movie of the shots, and lower thirds titles of each shot type to identify the footage.
