Advanced Audio/Video Production

Overview & Objectives:
We will..... learn and apply the video produduction processes of pre-production, production, and post-production.
Behavior:
We will... actively participate, listen, follow studio rules, and stay on task. Cel phones will be put away or can be charging at the charging station.

Engaging Activity(Warm-up):
  • Find seat according to Seating Charts
  • Log on to Google Classroom to see todays Objectives.
  • Check Skyward for DUE DATEs and current grades.
Lecture:
  • BPA Students - Be sure that you are staying on schedule with filming.
  • Please return any Equipment that you have currently checked out.
  • Equipment Review - Review practices and equipment available.
  • If you film during class, be sure to sign out and bring your AAVP Lanyard.
  • Always Remember: Do your best work, Learn as much as you can, don't overburden yourself with too much, and HAVE FUN!
  • Last Class this week (L3.12) is Progress Report #2. Be sure that you are mostly done filming.

Lecture:

  • Final Short Film Script Revisions for the Team - PAST DUE L3.09
  • Short Film Shot List For final Script. Complete the Short Film Shot List before filming. - PAST DUE L3.09
  • Short Fim Storyboard is due. Turn Paper in to Mr. Coursey. DUE TODAY. L3.10
  • Continue the Short Film Assignment
    • Timeline - Video and Documentation Due- Dec. 17A, 18B
    • Story - Complete story to begin production.
    • Documentation - Look over and complete as you go. Be sure to get the release forms signed.
    • Rubric - be sure that you look over the rubric before planning to ensure that you include all elements that you will be scored on.
    • Pre-Production - Writing scripts, shot lists, forming teams, scouting locations, finding cast and crew, scheduling shoots.
    • Production - should start after November 22 (Thanksgiving Break)

  • Sign up for BPA and/or TSA, pay dues. Let Mr. C know if you are interested in UIL film
Individual Learning:
  • Login to GMetrix. From the “Start a Test” screen, type your access code provide on your sheet into the “Enter a New Access code” field and click next. Choose Training, Premiere Practice test 1. Practice the Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 Certification questions.
